Aon Grand Ballroom

With its incredible 80-foot domed ceiling and unparalleled views, the historic Aon Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,100 seated guests on the main floor and an additional 300 on the balcony overlooking the ballroom.

Lakeview Terrace

A large, lofted space loaded with natural light and magnificent views of Lake Michigan, able to seat up to 450 guests.

Booking Weddings At Navy Pier

Navy Pier books weddings 9 months prior to the event’s date. The booking window may be extended to 12 months if the event falls on a holiday weekend.

Navy Pier Weddings Catering

All food and beverages in Navy Pier’s event spaces are exclusively provided by Levy. Levy works with a variety of local chefs and vendors to meet all dietary needs. Please contact us for more details.
